Destination Fee of $40 is waived for the PTCOG-NA group, however it is included in the online reservation and will be adjusted upon check-out. When making the reservations a hold is placed on your credit card. Once you check-in, the Destination Fee is removed and will not show on your final folio.
Tax is not included in the room rate. Guests agree to pay all applicable federal, state, municipal or other taxes. Currently, the New York State sales tax rate is 8.875%, and the New York City Hotel Room Occupancy Tax rate is 5.875% plus $3,50 room occupancy tax per night.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 1st night deposit is required at the time of booking. With the booking link below you need to provide your cc and the hotel will charge the first night prior to arrival.
Cancellations made until 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will forfeit one night's room and tax. In case of cancellation closer to arrival, the guest is responsible for the costs for the duration of the stay.
