Speaker & Moderator Information Page

As there are different versions based on the session, I thought to simply have the following on a page within the program menu named: Speaker & Moderator Information
All speakers and moderators have been emailed guidelines and relevant information including Zoom links for your session. If you feel you have not received this, please firstly check your spam folder. You can also review your individual conference portal where all communications from the conference secretariat are saved in digital form. You can find these in your very own personal communication log after logging in.
Once again, a reminder to note all times in the program are shown in Central US Time Zone (CDT) and both speakers and moderators should join their Zoom meeting 15 minutes prior to the session starting. Finally, if you are involved in more than 1 session note that you will receive separate links per session.
