WELCOME

Welcome to the PTCOG-NA 11th Annual Meeting in Shreveport, Louisiana!

We are thrilled to host this event and extend our deepest gratitude to all attendees, distinguished speakers, and generous sponsors. Your support is essential in advancing cutting-edge treatments and improving patient care.

Following an exciting gathering in the heart of New York last year, we are eager to showcase Louisiana’s incredible hospitality, cuisine, and temperate weather. Scheduled for November 7-9, 2025, this meeting provides an excellent opportunity to engage with colleagues, foster collaboration, and contribute to the expanding field of particle therapy.

Our scientific sessions and networking opportunities are designed to provide practical insights and meaningful connections. A special highlight of this year’s meeting includes a Friday night Cajun-themed Gala, featuring Louisiana’s unique music and cuisine, as well as a Saturday night celebration marking the 10-year anniversary of Proton therapy at Willis Knighton Cancer Center. These events will offer fantastic opportunities to connect, unwind, and experience the vibrant culture of Louisiana.

Throughout this carefully planned weekend, we hope you enjoy the warm hospitality of Northwest Louisiana while working toward advancements in particle therapy and cancer care. The call for program abstracts is officially open, and we anticipate a well-attended meeting with educational sessions tailored for physicians, physicists, dosimetrists, therapists, and administrators.

Together, let's make strides in cancer treatment and research. Here’s to a productive and insightful conference!

Laissez les bon temps rouler!

See you in November!

Dr. Matthew Hall and Dr. Lane Rosen
